The Hansford Center was founded on the belief that senior citizens are a valuable resource to their community. We exist to serve these programs:  nutrition, social, health, and other programs designed to provide guidance, planning and volunteer activities, and to enhance and enrich the quality of their lives.

This special Easy Steps Aerobics is designed to be at a slower pace for any level of fitness.  Instructor Libby Londeree encourages participation and says that the program can be tailored to your abilities.

Designed for those with impairments that prevent them from doing floor exercises, emphasizes flexibility and improves the health of seniors and those individuals with limitations or managing chronic conditions.

Floor mat exercises based on the Lawrence Frankel Preventicare Program are offered three times weekly.
